How the email loop works

Export what you already have
From Toast, Square, Mindbody, Fresha, Dutchie, Flowhub, or a spreadsheet — whatever closes the day. CSV is enough. No cleanup, no template of ours.

Mail it to one address
Attach the file and send to loops@xprns.io. Use the buttons below so the subject line is right — that is how we know a free trial from a founding seat.

Open the brief that comes back
Same thread. Plain text in the body, HTML sheet attached when it fits. The quiet losses named — against your own usual, not a national average.

Keep it going (optional)
Point your system's scheduled daily or weekly report at the same address. We add you to the watcher. New loops land in that inbox the day they ship — nothing to update on your side.

Your customers' records stay yours. We process the file to produce the brief, then destroy the working copy. Details on Privacy.
